GAINING SHAPE FOR THE UPCOMING TOURNAMENTS

Starting from the month of January, 3 tournament were held in Thailand country namely YONEX THAILAND OPEN, TOYOTA THAILAND OPEN and HSBC BWF WORLD TOUR FINALS 2020.

Sindhu didn't have much luck in the first tournament as she lost by Mia Blichfeldt of Denmark. But she managed to enter quarter finals in the second tournament were she lost by Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand. 

In the third tournament i.e. WORLD TOUR FINALS she qualified to play in it as she is world no. 7 and was then. But could not qualify from round robin to knock outs. 

In the month of march she had a much better form as she played finals of YONEX SWISS OPEN were she lost by Carolina Marin of Spain. And in the preceding tournament i.e. ALL ENGLAND OPEN she entered semi finals becoming the second Indian women to do so, but with regret she lost in semi finals by Pornpawee Chochuwang of Thailand.

The country expected much more from our shuttler, especially in all the tournament which took place in the month of January. She showed a tremendous change in the later tournaments.

 We hope we will get a much better show. Wishing her all the best luck and sending all the good and positive vibes from the whole country for all the upcoming tournaments.
